BUYING IN OUR “ON-LINE” SHOP IS EASY…

Now we explain you how to buy in our shop, step by step.
STEP 1: Select one or more items that you want to buy. All our items are classified by categories and brands for you to locate them easily.
STEP 2: Add items to the shopping cart.
STEP 3: The system will let you add and modify the quantity of each item as well as remove any product you do not want. Just remember to click “actualizar” to update order. If the checkout page is correct, click in “realizar Pedido” (Make your Order) to continue with your shopping.
STEP 4: Here you have 2 options, if it is the first time you purchase in our shop select “Nuevo Cliente” (New Customer) and click in “continuar” (continue), otherwise if you have already bought before you will only have to enter your e-mail and password.
STEP 5: Complete the questionnaire for registering in our shop with all your data. Remember always your e-mail address and password, as you need them to enter in our shop as a customer and so you won’t have to fill in the questionnaire any more.
STEP 6: In that step, select the payment form. Our shop give you two payment options:
a) Against shipping: you pay when you receive your order at home; and
b) Bank Transfer: the system will let you know the bank account number to deposit the total amount of your order.
You can also add any remark related to your order (for example: delivery hour, to attention to, etc).
STEP 7: The system will detail to you the total order before your confirm, as well as the shipping address and payment form you chose.
STEP 8: The system will advise your order has been done successfully.
